Bio: Welcome to Afton Alps; my name is Justin Soine. After coming to Afton Alps as a full time employee 6 years ago I began coaching for the Afton Alps Jr. Golf Program in the summers as well as assisting in writing our Jr. Program’s educational materials. I am certified as a Level III golf professional by the United States Golf Teachers Federation. The goal of the USGTF, as well as my goal, is to make the game of golf more enjoyable by providing students with the tools to be more successful and shoot lower scores on the course.
I believe in meeting with each golfer to determine your goals and your motivation for seeking a “golf education”. We then collaborate on the path to take and time frame in which you would like to reach your goals. I believe that this is far more effective for you as a student than a “cookie cutter” approach to lessons, where every step is pre-determined, regardless of what you want or need.
The majority of my time is spent with beginning and intermediate golfers of all ages. See what a lesson can do for your game. Feel free to call and set up a time to meet. You can find my card near the register in the clubhouse, or just stop in and ask for me.
