Mountain Rookies

Kids ages 4-12 ski and 8-12 snowboard. Level 1-3 Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, 10-noon and 1:30-3:30pm

Beginner to intermediate youth skiers/riders will enjoy a day of winter fun! Students learn at their own pace & are grouped with others of similar ability & age. Register for one day or several with 2-hr or full day (with lunch) options.

Minimum one week advance registration & payment for discounted rate. Limited class sizes. Same-day registration & on-site check-in closes 30 minutes prior to class. 4 & 5 year old skiers must buy lift ticket with option C in addition to program fee.

Multi-week program designed for kids looking for a comprehensive learning experience & wanting to build relationships with others of similar ability & age.

Perfect for the Mountain Rookie/Cruiser looking to take the next step. Choose from Sat/Sun morning, afternoon & full day (with lunch) or Tuesday/Thursday evening sessions.

Minimum one week advance registration & payment. Limited class sizes avaialble.

Junior Apprentice
Instructor Training

Are you 14-17 years old and looking for a great way to make some money or start your first job? The Afton Alps Ski and Ride School is looking for qualified and enthusiastic skiers and riders to join our staff. Candidates are provided quality teaching and skiing/riding fundamentals through our 6-session training program. Daily evaluations are provided and hiring determinations are made upon conclusion of the program. Candidates should be strong intermediate skiers or riders, and display positive communication skills and maturity.

Dec 3,4,10,11,17 & 18, 10am-4pm, $110 program fee includes lift tickets - Program fee applied towards the purchase of a uniform jacket if you are hired.

Youth Holiday Camp

Join us for two camps of fun over your holiday break! Open to skiers ages 6-17, snowboarders ages 8-17. Ability levels 3-6. 2-Day Camps held 9:30-12:30pm.

$60 or $105 including lift ticket.
